- Led UX design across 2 large-scale national citizen platforms — Ouqoul and Moawen — serving Qatar's national citizen base with bilingual (AR/EN) WCAG-compliant interfaces.
- Built a scalable design system (50+ components, variables, foundations) adopted by 2 MoL departments (7–8 devs) and 1 outsourced team, applied across 9+ internal projects.
- Designed LMIS ecosystem — AI-powered labour market intelligence dashboard, 360 platform, and 7+ POC platforms — in direct collaboration with UN ESCWA and Microsoft.
- Presented LMIS at the National Workforce Strategy 2024–2030 launch ceremony under PM patronage (November 2024).
- Delivered front-end support using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Power BI to bridge design to production.

- Mapped the PoD life journey through surveys, focus groups, and usability testing — partnering with CX consultants, PoD specialists, and government stakeholders.

- Designed Mobile ID (e-Houwiya) — Tunisia's foundational digital identity platform with service blueprint, CJMs, and inclusive elderly use case design.
- Led product design for BICICI Bank's AI-powered product recommendation platform — 3 databases merged to 1 unified view in a 1-month sprint.
